Select a tracking price on the app details page.
Click on Tracked Apps to view your currently tracked apps.
When a tracked app reaches its target price you will be notified by email (set in your account) and a message will also be shown at the top right with the number of alerts.

It's best that you don't concentrate too hard on the story in Space Harvest by All-Seeing Interactive as it's liable to make your head hurt.
