► Story overview

This is the story of the little naughty Goldilocks and the day she decides to sneak in the cottage where the three bear friends, Mr Brown, Mr White and Mr Black, live. She eats their soup, breaks their chairs and ends up falling asleep on one of their beds.

When the three bears come back from the morning walk they think they have found an ‘odd creature’ sleeping in their cottage, because they had never seen a little girl before.

When goldilocks wakes up, she finds herself surrounded by, what she thinks are, menacing bears...

This laugh-out-loud, funny story based on the traditional tale of Goldilocks and the three bears takes an unusual turn after the traditional beginning. Both the bears and Goldilocks face something unknown and don’t really know what to do. It’s a story about how friendship can be found even in the most unexpected places.

Our stories are the perfect companion for a fun and educational class with preschooler up to 5 - 7 yo kids that read with difficulty. The vocabulary used in our stories is engaging for preschoolers and yet challenging enough for older kids and we utilize unusual expressions and words to trigger curiosity and expand vocabulary. PopUp speech balloons offer a wealth of possible activities in the class as each page can be explored to discover what a character is thinking or what the name of a certain object is. To promote reading in young children, we have included voiced popup balloons throughout the story. When an interactive spot is touched a small sentence or word is not only displayed but also voiced out loud by our narrators. Because popup balloons are now spoken, kids who can not yet read can still enjoy the full experience by themselves.
