Animal Spell is a fun game for young children that your 2 to 5 year old child will love. Designed in part by a first grade teacher, Animal Spell is targeted at kids who have a good grasp on the alphabet, but are just starting to put words together. Here's how the game works:

Your child will be shown a colorful animal image and the animal's name will be spoken in a friendly voice. The animal's name will also be displayed on the screen. Your child will use the letter wheels to spell the animal's name.

Three play modes can be selected (Easy, Medium, or Hard). Easy words are three letter words, Mediums are 4 letters, and Hard words are 5 letters in length.

More advanced spellers can choose to hide the animal's name after it is displayed for 5 seconds.

When the animal's name is correctly spelled by your child, a cheerful "Good Job!" voice and icon will appear.
