Description

YiJinJing, literally known as Muscle/Tendon Change Classic, is a QiGong manual traditionally attributed to Bodhidharma. The purpose of YiJinJing is to turn tendons into strong and sturdy ones. The movements of YiJinJing are gentle and coordinated with breathing.
This book contains 12 exercises in Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.

《易筋經》載于清咸豐八年,潘霨整編成的《內功圖說》中,並收載於《衛生要術》,清代凌廷堪認為《易筋經》是天台紫凝道人假託達摩之名所作。也有人說易筋經是由古印度的瑜伽姿勢和特殊的呼吸法兩部份組成的。武俠小說都將《易筋經》描繪成上乘內功武林秘笈,實為道教導引內功。
本書含十二勢,包括繁體中文和簡體中文版。
