Welcome to Lap Speed. The application which can be used anytime you want to calculate average speeds. Just enter the distance (lap length) then press start, and let lap speed run with it!


With the Lap Speed application distance is measured in miles, kilometers or meters per hour. Set the length of the lap and then simply press start.

Leave the application to listen to music while you run and it will continue calculating. Easily toggle between miles and kilometers per hour.

To Begin, select "Settings" and from the settings window you can choose either "Miles" or "Kilometers". Enter the travel distance (lap length) and the press done. Push the "Start" button when you are ready to begin and Lap Speed starts calculating.

If you want to pause, select the "Pause" button, if you want to "Reset" then pause the application first and the "Reset" button will appear next to the "Start" button.

If you choose "Miles" in the setting but want to see what the calculation will be in "Kilometers", or visa versa, just press MPH and KM/H under "Average Speed" in the main window.
