 Email Support@inZania.com with the exact information and screenshots of both the Airfare Pro price and the lower price which you found online. You must provide exact instructions on how to find price using one of the following services: Orbitz, Travelocity, or Priceline.
 We must be able to find the lower price using your instructions
 If the above conditions are met, we will send you a refund for the purchased price of Airfare Pro with an additional 10% via cheque to your address, postmarked within 1 calendar month.
 Limit one refund per customer. A single flight may only be used by one customer.

Disclaimer:
A few airlines (such as Southwest) do not syndicate their data online and therefore it is illegal for applications such as Airfare Pro to include them in search results.
