The Oracle of Aveon’s colorful anthropomorphic characters and lavish sets invoke a breathtaking universe of wonderment. Designed for the new micro-cinematic environment of mobile devices, The Oracle of Aveon’s animated sequences are narrative fragments of an epic adventure that pivots on the main character Arlo, a young Birdman who pilots a flying pink teacup on an intergalactic quest to fulfill his destiny. By assembling these narrative fragments and diverse assortment of characters and settings the user begins to unlock clues to the story.

The Oracle of Aveon is the first application of its kind to employ animated video clips to tell stories that strive to reflect universal human experiences. User initiated interaction randomly selects one of a multitude of animated sequences of character interactions followed by any one of hundreds of unique fortunes loosely derived from the Taoist parables of the I Ching. Sixteen of these movies unlock “character cards” that are accessed from the front menu. These cards give back story and descriptions of each of The Oracle of Aveon’s colorful main characters featured in the fortune videos.
