Photo Tagger is an advanced, location-aware photo tagging application that uses the iPhone's GPS and reverse geocoding to tag photos with your current location. It can also automatically add the date and time to your photos, or a custom tag can be added with any message you wish. Photo Tagger allows you to either take a photo and then tag it, or you can choose any image from your library to tag. After tagging your photo, you can then save it to the iPhone photo library, e-mail it to friends and family, or, you can upload the tagged photo to, along with a message posted to twitter to share your tagged photos with your friends!

To add a tag to your photo, simply click the "+" button in the top-right corner. You can then choose to add the date, location, date and location, or a custom tag to your photo. To upload your photo to twitpic or send it in an e-mail, click on "send" and you will be given the option of which way you would like to share your photo. In the preferences, you can choose to have a dark border added so that your tags will appear more clearly, you can set your twitter username and password for uploading your images, and you can decide whether you'd like to simply upload your photos to twitpic, or also add a link to the photo and an accompanying message on to your twitter feed.

To see where you are, and therefore where the current image was taken, double-click on it and a map will appear showing your current location. This map can be zoomed in and out of using the pinch touch gesture just like in the Google Maps application. If you've added a tag you aren't happy with, just shake your iPhone and the tag will be automatically removed. Once you've uploaded a photo to twitpic, you have the option of continuing to use the app, or, you can be taken automatically to the twitpic page where your photo was uploaded in the Safari browser.
