Empty City 3D 1.5 is here!

New feature:

-Uptown or Downtown spawn locations added. With these more convenient start locations, you can access far ends of the city faster and easier!

Improvements:

-Improved performance
-Toggle to turn sound effects on/off. This option is saved.
-Improved physics.
-The camera angle is adjusted to give you a close-up feel.
