Description

Number Bounce started out as a simple bouncing ball game to help teach our own kids how to count. The game has now expanded to cover addition, subtraction, multiplication, number types and simple sequences. In all there are now over 2000 game variations plus 3 levels of difficulty!

For Number Bounce we focused on just the numbers, the basic concepts of mathematics and a really simple interface to bring them together. We sought input from teachers to make sure we used the right terminology and got the interface just right for little kids.

The game is not designed to be played for hours on end but as an educational tool that children will enjoy doing for 10 to 15 minutes a day with the help of their parents.

How to Play:
•Drag the bouncing balls to the matching answers to hear the numbers and earn stars
•See and hear the answers on our touch friendly number grid. Use it at any time during the game to help your kids learn more about math concepts.

Key Features:
•Interactive ‘Learn How’ tour
•Counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, number types and basic sequences
•Over 2000 game variations
•3 levels of difficulty – see the answers, hide the answers or add more bouncing balls!
•Touch friendly number grid that allows kids to see and hear the numbers
•Designed for iOS7
•No advertising and no in app purchases.

Handy Tip No 1:
If your kids are anything like ours, you'll find that they tend to drag their knuckles across the screen as they try to move the balls around. This tends to set off the multitasking swipe gestures that switch between apps. To get around this go to Settings -> General and switch off the Multitasking Gestures.

Handy Tip No 2:
We like the default Australian accent, well, because we're Aussies! However, if it's not your cup of tea you can change the accent to American, Irish or South African. Go to Settings -> NumberBounce and change the Voice Settings to your preference.
