The business is tough and the competition cut-throat. You need a keen eye, extremely fast reflexes, strategy and vision to be successful in this business.

Now you have limited capital to start with which is 65K. The properties are put on sale by the owners and their prices keep fluctuating. How does someone becomes a real-estate tycoon? Well, they have the vision. They buy them when they are cheapest and sell them as soon as they sense that this is the highest you gonna get for them before the prices fall down again.

This business keeps you at the edge of your seat and so does this game.
