Motivate yourself in the gym with this personal best app, a quick and simple tool to see how much you have improved on each exercise.

* Thank you for the review in the US store, I'd just like to mention that you can change the weight option to either LB or KG.

In one simple screen you can:

Quickly select exercises from an alphabetical order.

Set your starting point.

Set your Personal best.

Visually see how much you have improved.

The exercise picker is a very fast scrolling selector with exercises in alphabetical order, as you select the exercise the screen will dynamically change to let you enter the values, for example a weight based exercise will give you weight and reps entries while time based will let you enter a time.

A library of exercises are built in but can be customized to your own needs, add, remove or update any exercise you want, three types can be added:

Weight based (LB or KG), i.e. Chest Press machine
Time base, i.e. Running
Other, i.e. Press ups

Adding a new exercise is quick and simple, just enter the category, name, type and maximum value. When adding the exercise it will be added to the library in alphabetical order and you can then use it in the personal best screen.

Many features will be added over the coming year and if you have any suggestions please contact [email protected], we would love to hear from you.

I now keep a blog on this and all other current developments at
