Daily long work hours or sitting on chair in front of desk in office or class room makes your muscles tighten up. A few quick stretching workout and yoga exercises will help you stay in good fitness and agile.

Office Workouts consist of traditional yoga and modern Psychotherapy inputs. Poses are classified for various body parts and illustrated with figures, animation video and description. Office Workouts is your own Personal Yoga and Stretches instructor.
