You can configure the list view, detail view and edit view just as you do with your SugarCRM. MobileCRM loads metadata in each SugarCRM module to the iPhone when it first runs, so it can adapt with your custom fields and your customized detail view and edit view. Since MobileCRM has its own metadata of fields in each module, it provides you an easy-to-use edit view that you can select record from another module, select value from a drop down ... to fill in your record.
