Description

Bored of the same old workout? Don’t want to pay for a personal trainer? Then ‘What’s My Workout?’ is just for you!

The ‘What’s My Workout?’ application generates a new workout for each time you want to exercise making your workouts fun, challenging and different.

Each workout generated is unique, taken from over 100 exercises and is based on what you want to do and what equipment you have available.

It’s fast and easy to use; simply:
- Select the Equipment you have or wish to use: Free weights, Machine weights, TRX, Gym ball or Bodyweight.
- Choose one or more of Workout Types: - Upper body, Lower body, or Core.
- Choose your Workout Aim: -Endurance, Power, Strength building.
- Choose your Workout Time: -30mins, 45mins, 60mins
- Then click ‘Create Workout’ and a new, exciting workout is generated.

Each workout will comprise of a number of exercises with information on:
- How many repetitions and sets.
- How much weight to use.
- A video demonstration of each exercise.

What’s even better is that your choices are saved so no need to re-enter your information each time, just change your settings as you wish. However rest assured, even with the same settings, each workout will be newly generated.

You can set the level of exercise difficulty via the easy to use Intensity Set-up system, and adjust this as you complete your workout depending how you are finding the exercises.

Finally, you can log your workout to see how much you are progressing.
