The Wizard balances the songs chosen across all your criteria creating a nice mix. It uses your own ratings and past play history to identify the "best" songs to choose or you can make the list completely random. Once a playlist is created you can play it on your mobile device, add or remove songs and send it to iTunes on your Mac or PC to import and share across all your iTunes enabled devices.
