Two Hit Chess, initiated with its folk origination ,enjoys its popularity among Chinese with simple rules.

Two opposing players play with 6 white stones and 6 black ones respectively on a square board which is equally divided into 16 small squares(with ”4×4” grids). One stone can only move forward or backward one small square at a time. To eliminate one of opponent’s stones, it must be 2 stones beat 1 stones . In other words, when two consecutive white stones and one black stone range in the same straight line in neighboring relations without any blank grid the black stone should be eliminated. The same will happen to white stone if 2 black stones range with one white stone in the same line. Then repeat the steps above till all white stones or black ones have been moved off from the board, the other side win the game.
