After a great succes in Holland i decided to bring this app to the US store, to make it also available to you.
Simple, after parking your car take a picture. When you want to return, start PhotoCompass and select the picture you made. Now a clear compass will show up which guides you back to the place where the picture was taken. If you would rather see a map, you can start maps, which shows you the route to your destination.

Advantages of this app towards other navigation systems: no data usage, you can choose your own route guided by the arrow on your screen and no ads.

Warning:

Location services has to be turned on for your Camera app, otherwise your picture will not show up.
PhotoCompass will show you only the direction, there are no indications of any obstacles.
Photos taken outside give a much higher accuracy, so you will end up much closer to your target.
On top of the compass screen there are 2 icons, which show the accuracy of the gps signal and the compass (green = good, red = poor).

Explanation Compass:
Big red arrow shows the direction to the place where the picture was taken.
Little red triangle on the ring shows the north.
