TAKE THE CHALLENEGE:

We challenege you to complete this 14 workout, 7 week program to unlock your true hidden strength on bench press.

Give it your all everyworkout and you will be surprised with how good the results are!

This program consists of 14 workouts, that you will do on Monday and Friday of eash week, lasting for 7 weeks.

Imput your max, and than just follow the workouts. It will tell you exactly how many sets, reps and weight to do for each lift.

The workout and program will adjust based on your feedback.

After each set click one of the three buttons.

To Hard – means you could not complete the amount of reps the workout said to do.

Just Right – means you complete the proper amount of reps, but couldn’t do any more than that.

To Easy – means you could have done at least 2 more reps than the workout said to do.

That’s all there is to it. Now get out there and increase your max strength.
