Malaysians will now have another communication channel with their respective Members of Parliament with the launch of the eParlimen system.
eParlimen is the result of a collaboration between the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation and local mobile app developer, Terato Tech.

eParlimen is an efficient two-way communication system between the rakyat and their respective MPs via Short Messaging System (SMS), website, and smartphone application. The system enables community leaders, especially MPs/reps, to communicate and provide a prompt response to reports, complaints, inquiries, requests, and other forms of feedback.
The tools used for communications (SMS, portal, and smartphone app) enables a faster and more transparent method of providing feedbacks. In addition, the status of a report can be easily checked and shared with other members of the community.
