What's new in 2.9:
1. Now you can use as many revive hearts as you want to keep playing a single round! Die once = 1 revive heart. Die 2nd time = 2 revive hearts and so on
2. Sound Mute setting is remembered and set when you reload the game
3. High score is now shown above the game score.
4. Revive hearts show up more often in the half-pipe
