Use Demographica whenever you need to record and report demographic data for a meeting, conference, or any other event.

Demographica makes counting and reporting easy: simply create a new meeting, then tap buttons to count individuals according to federal categories on race, gender, and age group, using one tap per person.  When you're done, email the attendance counts to yourself or an administrator to open as a spreadsheet, and then get on with your event!   

Program coordinators and administrators will appreciate the app’s efficiency.  Demographica ensures required data is collected and submitted in a standard .csv format, which is easily read by any spreadsheet program.

Developers with NMSU’s Cooperative Extension Service designed the app for their own reporting needs. It is ideal for other organizations and small businesses that must collect and report similar data.
