Description

This app allows you to access information about all the standards and principles that you can expect to receive from any of our services at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

It will provide you with information about the services we offer and the venues you can visit us at. You can also rate our services against the standards and principles and create a staying well plan or care plan (My Plan). The app even allows you to keep a track on your appointments with its handy Appointment Tracker tool.
