De-clutter your mind of guilt, fears and negative thoughts. Take the spiritual path.

Whether you are at home or outside, at peace or in trouble, suffering from delusions or depression, always read Hanuman Chalisa, a collection of couplets praising the most beloved deity of the Hindu pantheon, Lord Hanuman, the half-man, half-monkey god. Such is the devotion to Lord Hanuman that you will find temples dedicated to him in every village, town or city in India.

Lord Ram’s most trusted lieutenant, Hanuman carried out the feats no other soul would dare. He crossed the seas to reach Lanka, and located Sri Ram’s beloved consort Sita, imprisoned by the evil Ravana. As Ma Sita would not talk to strangers, he identified himself showing Ram’s ring he had brought along. He then deliberately let Ravana’s army catch him in order to meet Ravana. When Ravana told his men to tie Hanuman’s tail with oiled clothes and burn it, he showed Ravana his might by igniting the whole Lanka. On return, he commanded the army to build a bridge by filling the ocean with stones and let the army cross it and defeat Ravana. When Ram’s younger brother Laxman passed out in the battle, he uprooted the whole mountain that contained the medicinal plant to revive Laxman’s life.

Hanuman, the most devoted disciple of Lord Ram, his man Friday and troubleshooter will solve your problems. A single reading of Hanuman Chalisa will give you the peace of mind.
