Kids Count US Coins to Learn Money Values is intended for youngsters who can to learn how to count coins. It should be used as one of the youngsters first exposure to coin recognition in preparation for counting coins and learning money values.

Kids Count US Coins to Learn Money Values provides an entertaining learning experience with helpful animation to aid your youngster in learning to count money.

The Game
When the game begins, your youngster is introduced to a delightful bee, named Bea, acting as a confident teacher. Bea asks your youngster to choose whether they wish to start at a beginning level (with helpful instructions) or just start counting. The beginning level includes all coins up to 0.25). The more advanced level includes all coins up to 1.00. When the game begins, your youngster is presented with a group of coins to count. Translucent bubbles float across the screen displaying several possible answers for the value of the coins, including the correct answer. Your youngster chooses the correct value of the coins and is rewarded with an audio response. If the correct value is not chosen, they are gently encouraged to try again. If your youngster needs help counting coins, a cheerfully encouraging bee, named Buzz, helps them by moving and counting the coins. Each time Buzz is pressed for additional help, he moves and counts the coins at a slower pace. This action simulates the way you would help your youngster count coins on a table. Quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies are used. After several plays, the youngster can again choose to continue at the beginning level or play the full game. What fun your youngster has watching bees flutter and hearing coins jingle as they are encouraged to count coins to learn money value.
