Have you ever been asked a strange interview question?
These types of odd questions are called "wild cards" because they seem to come out of nowhere. With the current economic climate, these types of questions are becoming more common.
Wild-card interviewers ask these questions to see how well you perform under pressure and think on your feet. They may also ask wild cards to get a glimpse of your genuine personality.
For example:
"If you were a cereal, what would you be?"
The interviewer is trying to gain some insight into your work personality to see what kind of worker you will be.
If you were interviewing for a nursing assistant, position, you may say: "Cheerios, because I'm reliable, consistent, and good for you!"
The only way to prepare for such questions is to get to know your-self.
The wild-card coach can be used with friends and family as a fun way to explore your-self.
On the reverse of each card there is a step-by-step journey to help you to move towards achieving your goals and Thrive in all areas of your life.
The App can be used in isolation or as part of a personal development program.
