Imagine a world where you, through your own thoughts and actions, could minimize or shrink the things you worry or stress about!!

How much better would you feel if you knew that you could control the amount of time you spent worrying or stressing over life situations?

Welcome to the world of iPow.

Think of Worry as a person who pops up in your mind and makes you starting planning for things that you do not want to occur or happen - and makes you start an avalanche of negative thoughts.

You can begin the process of reducing the effect of Worry by using your imagination and using iPow.

At any instance of Worry, use your imagination immediately to think positive thoughts or 'worry-busters' to counter Worry.

It does not matter whether these positive thoughts are ‘fact’ or just a figment of your imagination – the point is that if you think more about the positives and more of what you do want (as opposed to thinking negative or thinking about what you don’t want), your worry and stress should shrink down in size.

The concept is simple - when Worry rears its weary head, you first acknowledge it - and second, use your imagination to think positive thoughts or ‘worry-busters’ to counter it. When you think about these positive thoughts more than Worry, you are using ‘iPow’ to Punch Out Worry, which should, in essence, weaken Worry with your mind

If you keep on reminding yourself of the ‘positives’, you can keep that good ‘thinking’ energy going and feel better – which is the goal here.

I hope this simple application that you can carry around with you on your iphone helps you as much as it is helping me.
