Description

Defend friendly units against attacking aircraft, ships and tanks with Missile Command. Use your mobile missile forces in concert with strategy and tactics to allow safe passage to friendly units approaching strategic areas.

Objective: Defend friendly units (planes, boats, buildings and land vehicles) approaching airports, harbors, hospitals and other strategic areas.

Attacking Force: Helicopters, fighter planes, tanks, destroyers, subs and cruisers pose a formidable challenge as they attacks in swarms and with speed.

Your Armaments: You are equipped with several mobile missile launchers for engaging air, ground, surface and sub-surface. Plot a missile intercept course to destroy enemy units by drawing a path from launcher to target. Don't forget to account for the fact that the targets are moving and can change course, adjust your launches accordingly. Also, be sure to engage each target with the proper missile type (air/land/sea missile). Some targets are armored and may require multiple missile strikes.

Strategy and Tactics: Enemy units approach from all sides, move your missile launchers into optimal positions the counter the assault and provide safe passage to friendly units, you can reposition them at any time as the battlefield changes. Priority should be given to large cargo aircraft ferrying supplies. Watch for hiding enemy units and be careful about friendly fire, enemy units have habit of going when you least want them. In-game tutorial will help you get started.
