Description

A simple calculator to calculate the CAPRA™ score for a patient with prostate cancer. This uses the prediction tool developed by the University of California, San Francisco. If you know the PSA, Gleason score, clinical stage, % positive cores and the age of the patient, a prediction of the positive margin rate, extracapsular extension, seminal vesical involvement, and lymph node involvement can be made as well as a 3 year and 5 year disease free survival percentage.
