Well-known training couple, CLAY AND ELIZABETH BURWELL, have created their premiere app, THE HIGH PERFORMANCE NYC WORKOUT. The Burwells, who train many big-name celebs like Matt Damon, Anna Pacquin, Katie Cassidy, Stevie Van Zandt and more, have produced a straightforward, efficient and entertaining workout app.

Clay offers a total body workout that utilizes some of the best moves in classic weightlifting and plyometrics—which develops strength and speed. This is not for the novice, but the workout can be adapted for just about anyone. There are two sections, “Dirty Thirty”, which includes squats, burpees, and planks. “It Ain’t Easy” features push-ups, chin-ups, deadlifts, jumps and more! If you want serious results, this is the kind of hard work which will make it happen.

Elizabeth's workouts will increase your strength, mobility, balance and tone. “Strength and Balance with Kettlebells” is cardiovascular, necessary for weight control and heart health. It will also work the full body while strengthening key muscles to improve posture. “Full Body Burn”, a series of exercises involving kicks, lunges, bridges and movements that challenge your flexibility will give you the body you have always longed for. For all fitness levels.

Clay Burwell, named “Top Trainers” in the US by Men’s Journal, is a former paratrooper in the U.S Army’s Elite 82nd Airborne Division, a Golden Gloves contender who worked with some of the world’s best fighters, and a Martial Arts expert. Elizabeth Burwell is a professional dancer trained in Classical and Contemporary dance. She is the master of biomechanics of human movement and the body.

Together, with an excellent staff, Clay and Elizabeth Burwell have created HIGH PERFORMANCE NYC, a private, advanced personal training gym in New York City that is all about feeling healthy, more positive and confident about your body and fitness. The trainers constantly educate themselves on the most progressive methods of exercise, and integrate a variety of different strategies for the best results.
