Bookshellf HD is for people who are interested in having their book, comic, or magazine distributed online via a stand alone application.

Work with the Gripwire team, submit your book files, and leverage our platform to convert your doc into an ebook for the iPad.

Doc formats that are supported are pdf, html, and txt.

If you are an aspiring Author, what better way to spread awareness of your work than by having an ebook that people can find when they type the title or your name into the iTunes search box?

Users can:

1. Tap the screen at the top or at the bottom to navigate through the book, forwards and backwards, page by page.

2. Double tap the center of a page and the app will activate "auto-scrolling". This allows someone to just hold the book and have the pages move forward at a pace that can be controlled via simple semi-transparent controls/buttons. A neat feature is that you can also change the angle that you are holding the iPad to get the scrolling to slow down or speed up!

3. Users can search by keyword and see results. Results are bolded and a different color.

4. Users can change the font, size of text, color of the print, and color of the pages. Savvy users can use this feature to get around the glare problem when in difficult reading situations.
