I.e.5® - Emotional Intelligence Test

The I.e.5 ® assessment tool has been developed by RH Comportement in Paris based on over 10 years of coaching experience in the field of Emotional Intelligence. The concept consists in measuring five important factors of the Emotional Intelligence in order to assess the Relational Efficiency as basis for individual or collective improvements.

The administration of the I.e.5® test allows the measurement of the five dimensions of behavior that make up EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. Your results give you a level of each dimension and an overall value which defines the Quotient of Relational Effectiveness (QRE).

The 5 dimensions measured by the I.e.5® are :
•Empathy
•Self-Control
•Type of Sensitivity
•Friendliness
•Externalization

Be aware that each dimension can be improved and that the scores obtained are not static but dynamic. On the contrary, your results provide the basis for this work.
