Erlang Calc is an unmissable tool for call centers.
Simply enter the calls per hour, average call duration and the number of agents to calculate the average waiting time (ASA) for incoming calls. With a mathematical model, (Erlang C, 'MMn' queueing) but without the need for knowing any mathematics, your telephone produces the information you need.
