• App Store Info

### Description

CrossingX is a speed puzzle game. The goal is to reorder the vertices (nodes) in such a way that the edges of an above leaving layer are uncrossed.
Collect energy in order to apply certain actions that help you struggle with the challenge.

This game participates in the challenge of the 20th International Symposium on Graph Drawing (Sep 19-21, 2012 | Redmond, Washington).

UPDATE: CrossingX won the game development contest (19th graph drawing contest) of the 20th international Graph Drawing Symposium in 2012.

Features:
There are 42 challenging built in levels!
Build your own levels with the level editor for an unlimited and even more difficult challenge compared to the available ones!
Set your preferred head up display orientation (right or left) depending on whether you are left- or right-handed!

Quickstart:
Tap on the play game button of the home screen.
Reorder the vertices of the layers in such a way that the edges of a layer are uncrossed before it reaches the upper end of the screen. You can drag or select + point the vertices to move them. The numbers indicate how many times each vertex can be moved.
The pointer on the top left side shows the number of crossings that can pass the upper end of the screen without losing the game.
The more the edges are vertically aligned, the more energy you get to apply the three actions / buttons on the side:
- Stop the movement of the layers for a short period of time.
- Increase the number of crossings as shown by the pointer at the top left side.
- Set the moves of a vertex to unlimited.
Your current amount of energy is indicated in the form of a pillar at the bottom left side.
