Countify allows you to quantify the day, the week, or the month. Anything tracked is displayed simply within the app and available for export as a CSV.

Each counter is editable for color, goal, increment and timeframe. In an age where the term privacy is nearly meaningless, relax. Nothing is stored anywhere but your phone.
