Description

Crossaurus is a fast play crossword-like word game. Each play consists of a vertically aligned (“down”) and partially hidden word (the “answer”) and one or more horizontally aligned (“across”) clues. Each clue shares at least one letter with the word to be found. The answer and corresponding clues may have a similarity of meaning (synonyms and sometimes antonyms) but more often simply share a broader concept. This French version of Crossaurus contains over 17,000 words, each with at least four associated clues, and definition(s).
