Our beloved Penguins are now in 1st grade!

Play alongside these fun-loving penguin classmates while learning about 0-20 math, clock faces, color/shape repeating patterns, single syllable words, geometric shapes, playing cards, dominoes, addition, subtraction, less than, greater than, and equal in Mrs. Judd’s arctic classroom designed around first grade Common Core curriculum!

This third installment in a continuing classroom suite brings new content and complexity to meet a first grader’s new stage of development. These ice-loving penguin friends now try to multi-task on their playground trampoline, as they catch each other and snowballs too. Your 1st grader will love figuring out how to feed hungry little pop-up penguins in a game of fish toss. Gulp!

With a quick “flick” players slide penguins into answer igloos to solve basic questions including language arts, math skills, facial expressions, number value and telling time. Learning to read instructional/directional words (such as “draw”, “cut”, “write”, “left” and “right”) is part of this teacher-designed app since this skill impacts on classroom success. By mixing circus-type recess fun, with valuable school curriculum, Penguin 1st grade is just right for your elementary students.

We offer 1st graders sandy beaches and arctic habitats for art-filled moments that easily dovetail with science curriculum about penguin migration. Hot air balloons, sled, snowmobile, and snowboard are perfect for your transportation study. **PENGUIN PLAYGROUND**
Aim and “flick” sliding penguins toward correct igloos using signpost clues. Complete all 5 penguin tallies using direct knowledge or process of elimination.

Toss fish to hungry penguins and watch as Trading Post points add up!
