This application offers the ability to submit security reports (from theft, assault... ); communicate with the Army security services; emergency service and tools; followup security or Lebanese Army news updates. These reports are sent to the Army headquarters, along with added description, and the location of the reporting, under the user consent.
The most important feature, is the SOS emergency, which when activated, the application starts notifying the headquarters with the location (if available) of the phone. Even in background mode. once you slide the SOS circle far from the original place and release it, the application will enter in emergency mode, sending your location (make sure that the location service is on) along with other info to the Lebanese army. This way the army can summon rescue specialists, after confirmation, knowing the place the victim took, or the criminal. The user can always open the emergency mode, and sends the application to the background, to reduce the possibility that the aggressor notices the app. After the user activates the emergency mode, the user should give a call to the headquarters, to tell them the kind of emergency. And during the call, the application doesn't lose the location data.
The application also offers updated news about the Lebanese Army activities and its leader. As well as news about wanted people, missing or kidnapped.
Adding to that, you can use the map feature to locate the different kinds of restricted areas in Lebanon, ranging from land with mines to security restricted areas.
You also have the emergency flash light, which brings the flash light up, in case needed. And you also have a list of emergency numbers, that you can dial.
