The official application of the exhibition “Désirs & Volupté. Victorian Masterpieces”, presented at the Jacquemart-André Museum from 13 September 2013 to 20 January 2014, offers a guided tour of the exhibition with the commentary on 20 works of art, reproduced in full screen definition.

This exhibition invites you to discover the most famous artists in England during the reign of Queen Victoria: Alma-Tadema, Leighton, Burne-Jones, Moore… They have in common the desire to pay homage to the “cult of beauty”.
