Personalise the app by creating your very own profile. As you log more catches, you will step closer to the next level, moving from Level 1 to Bronze, to Silver and Gold before reaching Elite status. Have you got what it takes to be a "species hunter”?

Species Hunt contains a catalogue of all species of fish that populate UK waters. The freshwater and saltwater lists both contain imagery to help you identify any catch that you make. You can use this app to log your catch, take photos, record it's weight, your location and other details such as bait, method and weather.

Every time you add a catch it is stored in the species list along with any other previous catches. All of these images will also feature in a separate Gallery so you can view all your images together. Here you can also add images from your Camera Roll or directly from the camera. For instance, if you happen to be on holiday fishing for Baracuda, you’ll want to add those pics to your gallery.

The more you catch the harder the challenge. Change your tactics, baits and locations to find more species. As the species list gets smaller the hunt gets harder.
