Make sure you have enabled the app to access location serivces on your device. Check Settings->Privacy->Location Services -> GPS Tracks Speedometer ->ON

Note: GPS Tracks Speedometer requires GPS to get your speed and direction. It may not work indoors, in tunnels, or around tall buildings.
