Orca Care Plan is a patient education and engagement app by Orca Health, designed and developed especially for patients.

Once your Healthcare Provider has sent you a care plan, you can use this app to learn more about diagnosis and treatment options. View beautiful videos and images relevant to your condition and treatment. Explore interactive 3D models of anatomy relevant to your condition. Refer to example exercises with clear instructions that will help you during your recovery, as well as track your progress completing them. View customized handouts, images, and notes specifically for you from your Healthcare Provider. Show it to loved ones so they can better understand your condition and treatment.

You can also use Orca Care Plan to answer important Patient Reported Outcome surveys from your Healthcare Provider. Those surveys help to gauge the effectiveness of your treatment over time, and you can compare your results to the average results of other patients.
