Description

There's no way you can lose weight without feeling hungry sometimes. On most calorie-restriction diets, you feel hungry every day. On the Even-Day Diet, you feel hungry only every second day. And when you have a craving for your favourite food, you just wait until tomorrow.

The Even-Day Diet App provides utilities to help you follow the Even-Day Diet. These utilities keep track of the calories you're consuming each day, and the progress of your weight loss. The app has a very simple interface and is easy to use.

When you first open the app, go to the Info tab to find out how to decide your daily calorie limits. Then go the Settings tab (see the screenshot) to set your calorie limits and your desired goal weight.
