Classic gives you the opportunity to ask your audience the questions to narrow down your selection.
Timed gets your audience to give you a clue as to what the answer is.

Based on feedback from you, we've made the ALL enabled categories enabled, so as soon as you buy the multi-packs, ALL the categories are available.
