It accounts for the time of day, opening times, and whether you want to complete your tour at your starting point or elsewhere. The guide tells the stories behind Philadelphia’s history, which played an instrumental role in the American Revolution as a meeting place for the Founding Fathers of the United States, who signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and the Constitution in 1787.
