IBM Watson Patient Diary allows patients to report and track their relevant symptoms and overall health from the convenience of an Apple device. Notifications can be configured to remind the patient to enter new diary entries and symptom trends can be viewed over time. Diary entries are sent to the patient's doctor and can be viewed by the doctor from applications including IBM Watson for Oncology.
