This app is designed for everyone from the age of 6 and above.

If your device is set for the Persian language, titles and support texts are all in Persian.

If you use an iPad for your training, you can choose between landscape- and portrait mode.

Each exercise has an indicator showing your progress. Your results are saved on your device, until you choose to delete them and start over.

We have similar apps for younger children and for other languages.
