The optimumMe app provides an easy way to view your customized home exercise program that has been prescribed by your Optimum Care Provider physical therapist or coach. You can view prescribed exercises, including detailed explanations, photos and videos to properly complete your exercise and workout items. You can easily mark items “done” upon completion, track your progress and note/rate exercises to optimize your program.
