My Recovery is an application developed by people with lived experience of mental health conditions to help and support others.

It includes information about Mental Health support networks; in easy to understand language.

It also informs people about the Northern Region Recovery College, and courses that re free for all to attend, throughout the Northern Health and Social Care Trust area.
