Itch Tracker allows you to objectively evaluate the severity of your itching during sleep by recording your scratching motions with the Apple Watch and providing you with a visualization. Please use this app to understand your itching and support your daily health management. Itch Tracker acquires data using Apple’s HealthKit framework. Apple Watch is required to use this app.

■Itch tracking is easy, just wear the Apple Watch while you sleep
When you are ready to go to bed, place the Apple Watch on your wrist and start Itch Tracker according to the Apple Watch onscreen instructions. Itch tracking will start, so you can go to sleep. When you wake up, open Itch Tracker on the Apple Watch and stop the measurement according to the instructions shown on screen. In a few minutes, you can see the results of the scratching measurement on your iPhone.

■‘New’ Itch Tracker in collaboration with Maruho Co., Ltd. and Nestlé Skin Health S.A.
The original Itch Tracker was developed by Nestlé Skin Health SHIELD and was available from April 2017 to May 2018. In July 2018, Maruho Co., Ltd. and Nestlé Skin Health SHIELD together renewed Itch Tracker by adding user-friendly functions making it a general-purpose app that can be used by anyone who is troubled by itchy skin.

■Calendar function – Visualization of symptomatic changes in itching
With the newly-added calendar function you can see the changes in scratch duration and itch severity at a glance. This function not only helps you to manage your itching, it can also be used to share information about your itching with your doctor.

■Privacy
Personal information including measurement data such as scratching time is stored in one place only in your iPhone with Itch Tracker installed. It is never transferred to or stored on an outside server. Maruho Co., Ltd. and Nestlé Skin Health do not collect or handle any personal information whatsoever.
